Lauren Furtado

Over the past four years, Live Happier Wellness has passionately offered lifestyle resources and wellness related services to 30+ clients as a Certified Health Coach. 

I also have extensive experience in short and long-term planning, development of project strategy and execution, as well as research and analysis experience in my 10 year career in Marketing and Project Management. 

My combined experience as a health coach, business owner, marketing project manager and mother, bring a unique solution to busy women wanting to better manage their day to day routine and task list, resulting in a healthier and happier lifestyle.
