Hey there. I'm Lauren. Over the past 12 years I've worked on various marketing projects including product launches, sales enablement, customer reference programs, events and promotions. I've also managed marketing for my own company. I have extensive experience in project/program planning, strategy and execution, as well as research and analysis experience.
After almost a decade in Product Marketing in tech, I put my love for marketing and communication toward a new adventure, Live Happier. Live Happier has passionately offered lifestyle resources and wellness related services to 30+ clients as a Certified Health Coach. This business gives me a chance to combine my passions and skills - wellness, business, organization and personal development.
My combined experience as a health coach, business owner, marketing project manager and mother, bring a unique set of skills and perspective to managing projects.

What lights up my life?
Simply put, I have two things that fuel me every day. The first is my family. I cherish my family time and try to create as many memorable moments together as possible.
The second is creating - more specifically - creating tools for lifestyle improvement. I am fascinated by daily habits and rituals that foster fulfillment and happiness. And I love designing resources and services to help facilitate more daily joy. That's why I created Live Happier, which allows me to create, teach and share resources and skills to clearly define goals in a unique way, and to develop systems that support how you want to feel.
