Your thoughts, goals and next steps are clear. You got your ducks in a row!
You have a group of like-minded friends who understand, listen, and encourage you in your goals.
The goals that have been sitting in your head for years are becoming your reality. Everything you dream of starts to happen.
You start each day focused, positive and present.
You feel strong, energized ready to take on anything that may come your way.
You have a wealth of high-end resources and mentors to help you accomplish your goals.
I focus on supporting women in the quarter life phase (between 25-35) of life because it’s such an overwhelming season. I call it the #all-at-once phase.
You are thrown into being an adult, figuring out who you are, how to manage your finances and possibly starting a family.
On top of that you are probably experiencing the largest learning curve in your career and it demands most of your time and energy. It's no wonder your personal goal setting takes a back seat.
We have support from parents, teachers or school counselors up until this point and then we are expected to be our own coach from here on out.
The even bigger issues it that this is the time we should be creating healthy life management habits to set us up for our future.
The very first step is making the decision to choose yourself as a priority. You can show yourself that you are serious by scheduling 45 minutes out of your week to reflect.
I bet you have review meetings with your manager, but have you ever done one for your personal life?
Breathe. Vent. Give yourself this space to be all about YOU! Share your dreams, share your struggles - in a 100% judgement free zone.
Complete a reflection exercise that asks you questions to get you exploring your needs.
Gain clarity for what you want to focus on in your personal life.
I'll be here to lend a listening ear and provide guidance for next steps to organize your goals.
Each call around a half hour. In preparation, you’ll fill out a worksheet to help clarify and refine your thoughts. This will guide the call, and will help us create “homework” for the rest of the week. You must follow through on the work. What you do between sessions is what will make or break your goals.
One of the reasons I coach is because I love to “hear between the lines.” Rather than telling you what to do, we work together to weave through the complex emotions behind your thoughts. I offer tools and exercises that uncover answers to your questions and allow you to make decisions on next steps. I know when to do simply be quiet and support you and when to offer an alternative perspective or nudge you out of your comfort zone.
Cost? While this might be a pivotal step to bettering your life which is invaluable, this cost from me is free. Let's get to know each other and see if we are a good fit to help you with your goals.
Do you do quarterly reviews and goal planning for your life? Imagine you are the CEO of your life (hint hint, YOU ARE!) and you get to spend two hours to define your goals and create an action plan to keep your ‘company’ in great standing. Expect this is way more fun than quarterly goal time at the office because you get to make a plan to bring you more joy! How fun does that sound?!
In this program, I'll take you through a couple exercises that will help you define what areas in your life need attention. We will create SMART goals to reflect that, and set up conditions for success to achieve those goals.
(2) 45 minute calls to complete the Goal Organization Worksheet exercises.
Schedule next action steps, metrics and due dates in calendar.
Print SMART goals using a beautiful template.
*Homework may be required.
At work there are project manager roles that exist to keep track of the actions items and due dates. These roles help the team stay organized and accountable to their tasks. Companies are willing to invest in these roles because it helps to accomplish goals. X% of us are obligers and are much more likely to complete something if someone else it holding us accountable.
You can call me your personal goals project manager! Get It Done is a virtual 2-month accountability program. After you organize your goals in Step 2, we will create a 60-day plan. Each week, we’ll check-in on your progress and create action steps for the next week. This is a great program if you already have goals, but need someone to push you each week to get them done.
You bring a specific goal(s) to the program.
We check in over text/email each week to track progress and set new steps.
We’ll work through logistics and create solutions for mental stumbling blocks.
Receive action item due dates and reminders to your calendar.
You have access to (2) calls to learn additional habit change strategies.
Are you ready to treat yourself to a personal development journey to create as much joy as much joy in your life as possible? This program is designed to give you the space to explore, relax, grow and live happier. It might call for homework like sitting on the couch alone with a hot cup of tea. Or making a date to schedule that incredible experience on your bucket list. We work through a framework to explore your health, identity, goals and habits. I’ll teach you habit tools that you can use to help you achieve any goal in the future.
30-minute 1-1 calls each week, plus additional text accountability.
Enjoy exercises that explore: identity, purpose, desires, health and mindset.
We’ll help you clarify decisions about the next steps in your life.
